Exchanges are accepted when the delivered item differs from the original order in style, size, color, or specification, or in the event of a manufacturing defect. Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Returns are only considered in cases where delivery exceeds the maximum timeframe committed by VILLIANWW.
Items must remain in their original condition, including tags, labels, packaging, and all accompanying elements. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, scent, or any visible sign of use. Made-to-order items, accessories, underwear, and socks are excluded.
Requests must be submitted within 03 days of receipt. Once approved, items for Ho Chi Minh City orders must be returned within 24 hours. For other regions, shipment confirmation must be provided within 24 hours.
Approved exchanges are processed and dispatched within 07–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. International orders require direct consultation for detailed support.
VILLIANWW covers all costs in cases of incorrect delivery or manufacturing defects. Requests arising from personal preference may incur applicable fees depending on the specific case.
Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange. Discounted items are not applicable for return or exchange. Where possible, VILLIANWW may offer complimentary adjustments for minor fit or technical concerns.
Domestic orders may receive partial or full shipping support depending on the situation. International customers are responsible for return shipping to Vietnam, while VILLIANWW may assist with local handling where applicable. Detailed consultation is provided prior to purchase to ensure greater accuracy and confidence.
